Absolutely amazing! Meatloaf like no other! The engraving so good! The Mac n cheese so delicious and creamy! Yams omg the Yams! Sweet and cinnamony freaky awesome! Baked green tomatoes wow! Served! Dirty rice so good! Ariel was our waitress! Top Notch! I cannot stress this enough! Go! Eat here! Ur Magen will thank us for this!

Finally made it out! And glad I did I'll definitely be back again. Friendly staff, great food that makes it hard to single out any one item but the corn bread comes to mind first. Cabbage was well flavored (and normally i dont favor Cabbage), Mac was perfectly cheesy and the steak was great. Thank you.

Best cornbread and greens I?ve tasted in San Antonio. All the food was yummy and we ate it up. The staff is incredibly nice and makes you feel at home. My toddler enjoyed watching kid friendly tv while waiting. Go early because they run out of items probably because it?s so good ?

This is one of the best southern cooking restaurants in San Antonio. I totally recommend the soul egg rolls. I ordered there meatloaf special with cabbage and mashed potatoes with white gravy amazing cornbread ?. You can?t go wrong here!!!

At last it's out! and glad I'm back there. friendly staff, great eating that makes it hard to turn off every single part, but the maisbrot comes first in the senses. cauliflower was well flavored and normally I did not gunst cauliflower, mac was perfectly cheesy and the steak was great.
