Little Caesars Pizza - San Antonio

Pizza and crazy bread have been on the spot. Ask for the menu item on a hot-n-ready pizza with crazy crust and try the difference. No crust back. Crazy crust is garlic butter and Parmesan cheese blown around the edge. I also love the employees of Lil 'C who work together and their obvious how the chemistry progresses between customer and employee.

Worst location. I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza over the phone at 7:50pm and was told it will take 5-10 mins. I arrive at 820pm and was told it's going to to a 15 minute wait. 15 minutes later the same employee came up to me and say sorry no one put your pizza in.. but they're putting it in now. I asked for my money back or just any of the 12 pizzas they had sitting there and 2 employees just laughed at me. THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE A JOKE!

Young girl working in the window the other night was not welcoming, polite nor had any training in customer service. In my opinion, she may not have been shown how to be nice as a person. She gave nasty looks and didn't speak one word to me.

4/12/22 I waited for a beef pizza at 7:14pm, I finally had to honk at one of the girls coming out to ask where my order was 40min later! A female manager came out must not be a top manager because she spoke very timidly so I asked for a manager because I wanted a refund and my food remade they just brought me it even though it had just been sitting there inside the whole time. I asked for the store manager and the cashier that took my order comes out, Juan B. And he tells me he came out but didn?t see me, even though it?s the tiniest parking lot broad daylight all he had to do was look up once he opened the door. I asked for a refund and my pizza remade and they said no I had to pick one so I grabbed the refund and went to a different location that was much better service. I already contacted their corporate office on this specific location and employee and will be getting a follow up call.

Monday Feb 14th @8pm. Waited 30 mins for 1 cheese pizza????. Nobody in the drive thru when we pulled up. We got parked by a really rude girl in drive thru. Employees coming in and out of the backdoor to hangout with friends in their car, smoke, etc. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. They have a sign saying don't be rude because we are short staffed...yet 3 employees were hanging out back not working. One young kid with glasses was helpful calling for employees to work and brought our pizza out. We saw minimum 7 employees with 1 actually working. Management is slacking. Does not take 30 mins to make 1 cheese pizza
