Little Caesars Pizza - San Antonio

The pizza was amazing but the crazy bread fell short , as you can see they were plain breadsticks lol and some of the bread wasnt done

Terrible place to get a pizza I have a filled crust, a classic, a cheese bread and an orange Brechnada (which was not even cold) Both the classic as well as the filled crust bread was still playing like texture and it was still white not a single spot color. It was not completely boiled at allI spent $30 on 2 boiled pizzas I am not at all happy with this restaurant That was $30 in the garbage

I have placed an order online for collection. Get notification that my order was ready and could be picked up in the Pizza portal. When I arrived at the restaurant, my name was on the portal, but pizza was not loaded. About 5 minutes for the staff to confirm me. It took a few minutes to say that I had to wait at least 5 minutes for my order. I explained that I had received notifications on my phone that my order was ready 10 minutes ago. Workers offered no excuse and just said, yes... we don't know where your pizza went. The 5-minute quote that was given to me actually ended more than 15 minutes, and when it was finally finished, the worker simply put the pizza on the counter and said here, you go, and continued to move to the next customer. I've never been offered an apology or an explanation. They really didn't care. The whole purpose of saving online order for convenience and time was defeated.

Terrible drive thru service, only one car in front of me and they were at the pick up window, and started my order and provided one item out of the 3 I wanted. I was told to hold on, waited for 10 minutes with no response until someone comes on the mic screaming for me to pull up. I mentioned to them I didn’t complete providing my order and no one responded, so when the car at the pick up window left I drove up. I was met with someone who looked like they didn’t want me there. I have been courteous the entire time so I don’t know why I was being looked at this way, they gather the remainder of my items and was told to wait in front for an additional 10-20 mins. If you have the option, go to another store, no need to spend your money at a place that doesn’t want you there.After 30+ mins waiting, ended up getting cold pizza and cold cheese bread, so idk what the wait was for any way.

Cheap pizza that tastes good. It is our go to when we don't feel like cooking. Nice spur of the moment light meal. We like pizza and Little Cesar's has improved greatly with some of their new offerings.
