Friendliest staff in SA. Clean facilities. Great food

Had A 9 pm reservation. Got sat at 915. Ordered quickly after. 2 burgers and the sliders (3 of us). Keep it simple. Put in the order at 920. Didn’t get the food til 10:50/1055pm. More than an hour and a half later. We stayed and waited because we almost wanted to see how ridiculous it got after each minute passed. My dad’s Girlfriend on her way back from the restroom was told by an employee that 4 people called in. One walked out and that the manager left one hour before that. What ?!?!?!?!?! Not one single time did I see a manager come to a table and apologize for the wait we weren’t offered a couple of complimentary desserts or nothing! We don’t care about discounts or anything free. It’s the fact that no one there who was a manager came to any of the tables and kept it honest with us. A manager at the Host Stand should’ve told the employees To tell the customers before they get seated to expect food to take 1hr to 1 and a half hours. BEFORE YOU SEAT THEM!!! Then those who want to wait will stay. Others will leave instead. You HAVE TO STOP THE BLEEDING on a sinking ship. You have to know when to stop reservations or walk-ins. You knew by 830/845 it was gunna be a tough ending and that’s when y’all should’ve stopped everything and stop taking more reservations. But no. You all got greedy and just kept taking as many people as possible. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!!!! In addition to all this the restaurant was a Complete Dump. It was filthy. It was disgusting and VERY DIRTY!!!

We have an hour and a half waiting for our food; If they couldn’t attend today; don’t open!

Had reservations for 6:30 did not get a seated till 7:57 then the kitchen was backed up on tickets. So we waited another 90 min for our food. Rudest stewardess ever.

Had reservations. Seated 15 minutes late. There were 3 of us. We ordered An Asian Salad, a prime rib, and a stir fry. The stir fry arrived after an hour wait. 15 minutes later the “Asian Salad” a glorified bowl of vinegar slaw) arrived. We waited another 20 minutes for the prime rib and gave up. Paid for what we received and left. Noisy, dirty, slow service. These people have no clue how to run a restaurant. I regret having taken my family there and won’t make that mistake again.
