Bidra med feedbackWe went at 9:00, it wasn't very busy. The service was great. The waiter is very attentive. I order the philly steak sandwich. The food was good, just a preference to have roasted the bread a little more. My sweetie had a turkey sandwich he said was good, and of course he fries all LOVES. ? It started too busy and the service was still excellent. I recommend this place. it was a clean environment and very relaxing.
The server was one of the best servers I had for a long time. Even with an error, she had it and did not blame the chefs, but it was immediately corrected. The food was delicious, ash-browns were crispy and pancakes were fluffy. Food: 5/5
That was the worse experience we had in a very long time. It started that our server was not trained during certain times and situations on the different coupons available on the line. We could order, but when it was time to pay, the waitress was unable to find out how to add our 20% voucher. She's got us to the manager... That was a big Fiasko because of the attitude and position of the manager. In the time that we left, we were treated very disillusioningly, we were fun, we were called disgusting insults and we were made to feel at someone because they feel that they can treat through them a title of the manager and talk to people (not only because we were customers, but because we were people with dignity for us that they can treat and talk to us, but they like their employees. This is wrong on so many levels. Sad and hesitant that she must use her position to try to undermine people what I must say is due to her own lack of dignity and lack of self-confidence. (A person treats people in part negatively due to their own inadequate feelings. Needless to say, we will never go back to this special restaurant. This lady manager has no respect for the disabled or customers or employees. She is a sad example of what is not to be done if you have a title. There is a difference and it shows when someone does a job to simply pay their bills against someone who does a service because they enjoy offering that service. It shows in your morality, ethics and values.... Providing customer service is an ability and it clearly shows its dysfunctional skills.
I’ve come to this location a few times and usually get the chicken fajita omelette. It’s been good each time and the service I have received each time was great as well. I have heard some complaints about the service depending on the waitress/waiter but I’ve never experienced anything like that. Overall good food but slightly overpriced to some other places that serve similar food.
Worst experience at a IHop we ever had, we came in at 955 or so and watched table after table being served. Multiple waitstaff saw us waiting to be served. We literally walked out after 20 minutes and decided to cool down and walk back in, after more tables were serviced before us once again, we just got up, asked for the manager, told her the situation and drove to another Ihop where we were served literally in less than a minute.
