Cicis Pizza - San Antonio

Whoever manages this restaurant deserves a medal. I have tried several CiCis and they are frequently in older, less desirable locations and are often as shopworn and run down as the neighborhood. Not this restaurant. This place was super clean, buffet was abundant and every pizza was well made. Salad bar was well tended and tidy. Staff was attentive and cleaned tables quickly. Very impressed by the way this particular restaurant was run

Lucky that this place will be strong after all these years. Place was busy, pizza was fresh, and the staff is very attentive to cleanliness.

I always enjoy coming here when I’m craving buffet pizza. The staff is always so friendly and funny. Not a fan of the pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls, but still a great place to go.

I would give negative stars if I could. They don't even deserve one star. The place is dirty and there is trash all around the parking lot and establishment. People loitering and it feels unsafe. I emailed Cici's and Greg Smith responded with snarky and rude remarks about my concerns with safety and trash. I will not give them anymore of my money and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from this place. Stay away. They don't care how they treat people. They just want your money and to treat you rudely. No customer service and no manners. Shame on you Cici's.
