Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Antonio

Bowl was tasteless. Queso spilt all over the bag and barely any chips in the bag. Burrito smushed as well!!

I have ordered from this chipotle a few times for collection / delivery last year. my 1 star rating is because with more than 1 occasion my order for pickup / delivery order missing 1 or 2 items. the first time this happened, I just forgot it and thought it was an isolated incident. but after ordering for picking up tonight, I realized that my order was missing the side of the chips I ordered as soon as I came home. they never get the delivery or picking up from this chip location. they will be charged the full amount for them to come missing a few items.

Went here 2 HOURS before they close and they were out of corn, cheese, two different salsas, and salad dressing. The employees were a little rude about it too. Then I went to fill up my drink and they were out of coke and then went to go try their other sodas and they were also coming out clear. By far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had and will never return to this location.

The first time I came there, they undercooked the brown rice. I decided to give them a second chance. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and the brown rice is undercooked again! It felt like I was eating uncooked rice. It was so hard it hurt my teeth when I bit down. Absolutely awful! Please cook your brown rice longer!

Possibly the only Chipotle I’ve gone to where the portions are much largest than normal! I’m not complaining though, I was just taken by surprise. The staff was very friendly and quick at making the orders. The restaurant was also very clean as I saw a person cleaning tables the entire time we were there. Lunch time is a little busy since it’s across a University.
