I ordered a custom unicorn cake for my daughter’s birthday 4 days in advance and paid for it. When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready and they made me wait for hours for the cake! Don’t ever order anything from this location. They are extremely unprofessional! This is the cake they made on the day of pick up after I waited hours….

The lobby was closed at 10:20 pm on a Saturday evening. I’m not sure how many people are working I sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes!!!

The worst BR in San Antonio. I placed an order for a polar pizza a week in advance and when I showed up to pickup, it wasnt made because they were out of crust and ice cream. An ice cream place is OUT OF ICE CREAM. ? I would have been okay with them canceling the order but they didnt cancel or call to let me know so I could order from another location.

They have smaller cups now. Not a big selection of ice cream, but it still taste great!
