Just went to Evolution Meal Prep today and I got to say, the food was amazing! The portions are decent, and the flavors hit home. This is fresh food. This lady can cook, I 'm telling you. Thinking about putting in a whole week 's worth of meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is healthy food without sacrificing taste. Truly recommended it; I give it .
