Bidra med feedbackWas told this place had the best menudo in town.....so I bought 2 quarts at noon today expecting the best and was going to buy more tomorrow. However the menudo was OLD?! How is that possible, especially during Christmas. I'm guessing this was frozen and just thawed out to sell. The meat was very mushy (frozen and reheated) and the color of the menudo was dark. Dark menudo usually means it's old...not from the spices. Fresh menudo with the same amount of spices has a lighter color...but as it marinated it darkens...hence it was old.

I love this place! Great atmosphere, even greater food. Service and conversations are always a hoot!
