Bidra med feedbackNo matter where I live, I always make sure to return to tekka whenever I can. The tekka dinner never fails to impress me. The dining experience is always peaceful, and the chef is welcoming and skilled.
This restaurant is a hidden gem that I could visit every day. If you're craving authentic Japanese sashimi, this is the place to go. The traditional atmosphere of the restaurant will make you feel like you're dining on a side street in Japan. Watching the legendary chef handcraft your dish right in front of you is a better experience than dining at most Michelin-starred restaurants.
Wow! I had an amazing experience at Tekka! I've had sushi before, but nothing compares to the freshness and quality of the fish at this restaurant. The cuts of fish were generous and incredibly satisfying. The sauces and garnishes perfectly complemented each dish. I didn't even need to use soy sauce or wasabi throughout the meal. This was a game-changing sushi experience for me and I can't wait to go back again!
I've been wanting to try Tekka for years. Finally, we were lucky to have gotten in for the second round at 7 pm. We loved every thing that we ordered. Chef was so friendly and professional. Nice ambiance!
I love this place a lot! It's a mom-and-pop shop, the interior is quite small and only sat 9-10 people. The sashimi is soooo fresh, it was chefs kiss. Tips: this place is cash only. Food: 5/5. We got the sashimi combo and all the fish and seafood were so fresh. I used to be not a big fan of raw scallops until I tried the raw scallops at this place. Super sweet and juicy. Their other sashimi were good too. The portion sizes are big and the chef is super generous with the food!Experience: 5/5. Expect a wait when you come. I waited for around an hour before opening. The place is small so it fills up quickly. The owners are an old couple. It's definitely a cool experience since the restaurant is decorated with notes from people who ate at the restaurant dating back to 2000s.
