Bidra med feedbackBig piano player and musician. They are all so versatile in their music and so talented. Can't beat this place for music and some great entertainment!
Place is super packed, $15 cover fee. It's a funny, loud place to try. Many sing together with the piano players and other instruments. They will sing and play, everything and everything, people give their wishes together with a tip and they will shape every song. The drinks were delicious. I'd come back, sure.
This was so much fun! I recommend getting there around the time the show starts or before to beat the crowds. I went on a Wednesday night and I got there at 7 when doors opened. It was very slow but it gave us time to order food and get drinks. The show started at 8 and even on a Wednesday night, by 9 the whole place was packed! Everyone is there to have fun and sing and not take themselves too seriously! There are 2 grand pianos set up on stage and the musicians go back and forth playing songs that the audience requests. You can add a tip to your song request to make it more likely that they'll play it. The artists were so good at getting the audience involved and they knew so many songs off the cuff! It was very impressive. The food was actually pretty good too. We got the pretzel appetizer 8/10 and I got the French dip 6/10. The bread was good. The meat was a little bit fatty. Overall this was a wonderful time and I'm excited to go back again!
Thank you, Chris for reaching out and allowing us to have a do-over event. Everything went so much better this time. Granted we went on a Tuesday...but entertainment, service and drinks were just as good. Martha, Jeff and Eric were so fun!
I love dueling pianos, so of course I ended up here this past Sunday. I had Sex on the Piano and it was pretty damn good. But you know what was better, the The Liberace Lemonade. Both of these drinks had such great flavors that I loved. Only problem was that they were pretty weak in alcohol, but still so tasty that I 'm not even mad, lol. Besides, I came for the music and it was all good. They played a range of songs including You 're the Inspiration by Chicago, Mr. Brightside, Seasons of Love (from Rent), Wonderwall, and Piano Man (with the musican on stage playing the harmonica to the song). In fact many of the pianists played multiple instruments throughout the night, the piano, drums, guitar... I even saw a saxophone up there. There was also a bit of beatboxing which was pretty cool. The space is huge, so it wasn 't hard to find seating like at smaller venues, but maybe Fridays/Saturdays are busier. The crowd on this night seemed to lack energy compared to what I 'm used to when attending dueling piano bars. With a name like The Shout! House , I was surprised that the place was so mellow... but it was still fun, and a chill night to enjoy the music. They ended with a Disney medley at the end, and pieces of other random songs probably just trying to get in a bit of the remaining request slips still sitting on the pianos.By the way, it says online that they charge a cover, but there was no fee when I arrived at 10:45pm on a Sunday. They did close at 12 midnight, which was earlier than I expected, especially since it was a holiday the next day. But it was more than enough to get the full experience here.
