The Fig Tree - San Andreas

This was our second time to visit and it didn’t disappoint! We’ll be back.

Main courses, beef Wellington and shot ribs, were outstanding, but the latter dish listed carrots but they were minimal. Tiramisu was good, but not a rave. Atmosphere, window table overlooking the river (too cold to eat outside on the lovely tiered patio) was great.

This evening went well, nothing to pick on except they kept turning on the a/c and it got chilly Service A+, Michael our server was excellent Food A+, sea bass special was perfect, braised ribs were as good as my Aunt Fran’s brisket Beautiful setting Quiet except for the lady who wouldn’t stop talking about herself and how great her kids were at the 6 top behind us It is expensive, but fine dining is expensive, and about to be extinct, so pay up and enjoy or just be quiet and move on Dicks past resort Tomorrow little Rhein review
