Bidra med feedbackI found haare on my first piece meat so I threw away. I had tipped my green card all the time and hardly anyone came with meat on our table. at a point the manager had to tell them that they went to my table
We went for restaurant week and were pleasantly surprised. the salatbar had a very nice selection of options and the lobsterbisque was very good. Meat offers were good and service was fast. sangria was delicious. the price was less than nearby steak houses. we had a reservation and an after-dinner show to come and were worried because our table was not punctual. fortunately, the dinner moved very quickly and we had a lot of time for coffee and dessert. we're going back.
Texas de brasilien was a complete resignation for the sweet 16th birthday of my daughter. from the time we went to the restaurant, it seemed that they did not expect us, although I had made reservations before weeks. when we finally sat, we sat before the restaurant, from where the young brought the sorted meat to the tables. the children went to the salatbar (which was not marked on the bar so that they had no idea what they chose) when they had returned to the table, was not yet a type that served meat, to which table came. there were also no kartoffels or curtains served, only cheese-bread that was warm and semi-hard. I had to ask the hostess to bring out the plan owners (gedient cold) and fresh cheese bread. which also disturbed, was even a part of the meat served on the spits cold. Overall, I would not recommend any type of celebration at this restaurant location. the atmospheres were not pleasant, organized or fun, as other Brazilian steak houses were in the past. I spent a bit for the meal, but the children did not get the experience I hope they will get.
Texas de Brazil has an excellent salad bar and grilled meats. The Old Fashioned I ordered was sub par. My main issue was with my waiter last night. The restaurant wasn't very busy. I think he had 3 tables. However, he did not stop by enough to clear plates, refill the kids' sodas, our waters, and to bring more bread and mashed potatoes. When I did ask him politely to clear a plate or to bring something, he seemed terribly annoyed. Because we rarely saw him, we asked the gentlemen bringing by the meats for help. Apparently, none of them speak English. They told him that we needed him i guess by pointing to our table. He was irritated that we had asked them for help. It became this weird vicious cycle.
We had to ask numerous times for water refills. We were not asked if we wanted anything other than water to drink, weren’t asked if we wanted alcoholic beverages, weren’t asked if we wanted dessert. We sat for about 12 minutes with our cards on green with absolutely NO meat coming around at all. Several times we had to ask for specific meats because the server didn’t offer. The plantains and mashed potatoes showed up about halfway through our meal. When they did finally give us refills on water they were sloppy and spilled it all over.
