Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant's mask policy is lacking, as workers are not wearing their masks properly (e.g.
their strict policy due to COVID-19. When I arrived, the employee at the drive-thru claimed they did not receive my order. I provided my confirmation number, but they still couldn't find it. It took over 20 minutes for them to finally prepare my food. The lack of communication and disorganization was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I visited McDonald's this evening and encountered a very rude employee at the drive-thru cashier position.
