Burger

We arrived on a Saturday night and found this place to be quite packed, but were lucky to find enough places at the bar where we could squeeze in. Once we've set ourselves, we'll be greeted by a waiter, and then a few minutes after the shift manager and took care of really well. It was nice to see the service on point when the facility looked like it had about maximum capacity. As for the food all burgers we ordered came to perfection! I remember ordering the Kobe Burger and the result? The Kobe Burger is one of the best Kobe Burgers I've ever had! They also have a quite solid selection of beers, craft beers and liqueurs as well!

Very good burgers, gourmet style. Amazing views of Union Square. The hotel is located in Macys on the sixth floor. Place is overpriced, we have used a voucher as part of the city pass sightseeing

Amazing employees were very helpful. I had two sightseeing passes that weren't ready for our dinner. You haven't contacted me after a number of emails. Great food! So much on the menu.

Kyle served my mother and I today. He was very fast and attentive, kept guard over the table and filled water as needed. It was very good to ask how our meal was and whether we needed something extra. Was a good burger and portions great. It's nice that the sweet potatoes do not cause any extra fee.

Sliders! I came here twice, first time was the hangover burger and the second time was the sliders and they were my favorite. I am very picky with what I feel is top level food and this place deserves a review and a positive one. Staff was great and on the same level was the food, top notch. I call these craft burgers and if you are in the mood for one in San Fran and you are in Union Square, go inside macys and take a flight upstairs to the Burger Bar!
