Château du Mont Joly - Sampans

On a tour to Burgundy we stopped at this restaurant in the area of Dole, a short detour from the highway. It had been recommended to us by locals as one of the best Michelin star restaurants in the area. During the week they have...a great, fairly priced lunch special including wine and water. Our daily lunch included dishes with foie gras, macarons and three kinds of strawberry as one of the deserts. The chef is a real magician and the service very professional and attentive. The view from the restaurant into the garden of this 4 star hotel is beautiful.

The 35-minute drive from dijon. from the aperitifs to the pet is four, each court is a masterpiece. the chef comes out and welcomes her personally and invites her to a tour through his kitchen, before the personal brings her into a spacious and light dining room overlooking the pool and gardens. we have chosen the opportunity to choose our meal to the cook, which means that each dish was a surprise. starting from a passion fruit and apricot cutney covered foie gras, which was excellent, we then had a carpaccio of languostine, which had the most beautiful aromen and the finely diced ginger and carrots upstairs there was a beautiful 'tang'. Our next dish was hummer in a cappuccino served in a through dish for effect. amazing! then we moved into the net. a local fish dish was next door, which was also excellent. the chicken and mushroom dish is different from any other chicken and mushroom dish I've ever had. painstakingly built, and the taste was not disappointed. local cheeses for them to choose from a large selection, although at this point I had very little space. the desert was perhaps one of the most amazing things I have ever seen or cost. a chocolate cricket ball is presented in a big bowl and I must confess a "how will I eat it without flying it over the big table? moment in my head. without giving away the surprise, that was not a problem. some of us on the table had coffee and other minze tee (local fresh mint) and there was even an surprise with the petit four. we chose our own weeping to accompany the meal and away at 4 5 hours. the personal was beautiful and we didn't get over in any phase. at the end of the meal, the chef returned for a return and entered us in the garden for some photos. truly one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had.

Super accueil, cadre, etc ... De la super cuisine digne des titres du chef. Les gamins se sont régalés. Tout simplement génial.
