Excellent shelter, all the staff was adorable. Being in bivouac we were cold and decided to dine at the shelter. The owner made us a torch to warm us up. Meals were simple but well controlled, which has delighted our taste buds. I strongly recommend this lodging that offers an incredible view of the lake and the pass.

In addition to the site itself and the many possibilities of rando in the surrounding area, I would like to emphasize the friendly welcome that has been reserved for us on arrival at the refuge as well as the comfort offered to take a step. The loop at the start of Sixt by the waterfall track of Gers head Pelouse fills Foges back to Sixt by track of the cascades is very pleasant (especially the crust break in front of the sunny Mt Blanc.
