Gabrek 1929 - Samobor

Very typical restaurant with big portions and low prices! Staff is very kind and atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Need to stop by if you are on travel to Slovenia/Croatia.

Good food, big portions, friendly service. Recommend calf brain with mushrooms and eggs, asparagus gnocchi, and the mushroom soup. The restaurant is a little dim unless you sit outside. The prices are appropriate and not too expensive. The bread we got was hard and cold, but that was about the worst of it.

Excellently prepared local cuisine. I recommend breaded brain and veal liver. Portions are generous and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely return again.

Every dish was delicious, particularly the roast wild boar with gnocchi. The portions are huge, we ended up taking half the meal home and had another delicious lunch the day after! I’d thoroughly recommend this restaurant!

Old school restaurant. We had a delicious mushroom soup, wildboar stew with homemade gnocchi and veal brain. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are rather large. Last but not least, the personnel is very, very friendly.
