Came in this morning and the 11/10/23 8:00am. The barista was super nice. I wish all baristas were like her.

It is written that they are open until 7:30 pm. Came to them at 7:10 and they say they are already closed. Either work until the appointed time, or change the working hours!

Came to this specific Starbucks because it closed at 7:30pm on a Friday. It was 7:10pm (I know, cutting it close) but they had already closed up shop, asked the barista that was sweeping and she said they already closed. Very annoying that they advertise a closing time of 7:30pm but looks like they actually close at 7. Very disappointed.

I came today around 6:20 PM, and they close at 7:30 PM. The tall blond girl was already removing the trash bags beside me and the customer in front. I felt like vomiting. I saw her face, and she was making faces. Why will she start cleaning when people are in line!! We waited, and there was no Hello, I will be with you in a minute ...nothing...The short girl was preparing drinks and taking orders so that you can imagine. She was trying to manage taking orders and preparing them. I just left because I did not feel welcome; there was trash next to me, yuck, and no acknowledgment from the one cleaning at 6:20 PM. Starbucks, please remove this employee and put someone nice and customer oriented. Please keep the other employee.
