They are adding 10% fees on the final bill hoping that since we do not speak Russian, we wouldn 't notice that the fees are actually added in a discount column. They just needed a way to put the fees on the bill. In addition, they are also expecting to receive a tip Tip is supposed to be added by tourist themselves. Unlike in Europe, in Russia there is nothing such a service added by default on every bill. Russian don 't receive their bill with this. Only tourists. It is really sad that the manager imposes this. Further more, service was reallyyyyy bad. We waited about 25 minutes hoping to order a second plate but our waitress never came back despite our waivings. An other waiter came after we got up and asking for a waiter! The food is good! Just make sure to report the fraud to the waiter in order to have these charges removed.

The decor is very nice and the food was tasty but the portion sizes are pathetic considering the price.
