Beverages also came right now to eat and this time I was really a little disappointed. my lachscarpaccio escaped as profane smoked salmon, which was also made warm and thus became even more dry, the salad set was crazy because the salad had already the best days behind it... not good... but positive to my complaint the appetizer was cancelled... the dinners of the others were as far as it was still delicious. the highlight of the day was my fish plate. came very nice on the table only unfortunately without seaweed and without spicy shrimp!!! not good in my question, where these components ran his careful operation into the kitchen and came for the seaweed I would have her seaweed as dry as the salmon carpaccio on the way, and would not have noticed that I would have more so beautiful and good to mention. TomToms Käsesuppe ist sensationell. Letztes Mal hatte ich Eigelb leckere Kreation zum Dessert (Tomaten mit Eis, Basilikum, karamellisierter Balsamico). Super.

General The Gasthaus Bürgerholz is an old, semi-concrete house in the Salzwedel district. In grey autumn weather, the outdoor facilities were somewhat down. The interiors were refurbished with attention to detail and comfortably discreetly decorated. We were with a larger company of about 30 people, including children there. Two people had cancelled short-term by our group; their food was placed on the others, so everyone had to pay more. With a turnover of several hundred euros, this is somewhat strange. The food We had ordered uniform foods consisting of different meat types (skin and poultry). As supplements, monasteries, salt potatoes, croquettes, peas/tubes, mushrooms and a very tasty red cabbage were served. There was a very tasty wedding soup served in the terrine. The dessert from an iceball, some cream with cream was almost melted and seemed a bit laborious. Unfortunately, the monasteries were sewn, for all only one. Conclusion: Eating well bourgeois and tasty, but fearless and without highlight. The restaurant business was a bit difficult and rigid overall. The ambience The old department store was beautifully renovated. The common room was bright and friendly. I would call it rustic. The white, reinforced table cloths would rather have seen a fabric instead of the paper nap. Cleanliness Everything worked freshly cleaned and kept. There were no negative or positive incidents.
