Tula Bistro - Salzburg

Small card with delicious vegan options such as hummus teller with falafeln. freshly prepared and very tasty. perfect view of the river. nice operation.

The restaurant is located in a beautiful building with an amazing terrace/view over the river. We had the curry with dumplings (which were a little "worry" for us) and the vegetables with potatoes and tofu, both were very good. Desserts were amazing, vegan lemon tart and vegan chocolate cake. The staff could be a bit warmer when the guests were welcome, the service was great.

We had dinner in tula at first februar very quiet. nice eating, simple, but very tasty. highly recommended for all vegan and vegetarian who visit salt castle.

We enjoyed an amazing meal with a starter to share (falafel with humus, tahini and pickled veggies), the daily meal (aubergine, tomato, mango chutney and coconut rice) and cake (lemon tart). Each dish even better than the former. They also have good kombucha and local wine. The bistro is situated in a beautiful building hosting an art museum. We had our lunch on the terasse with a nice view of the river. It might be a good idea to make a reservation e few hours ahead, especially during high season.

The food was tasty, nicely flavoured. Lemon cake was amazaing! Also sitting next to the river is really nice
