Mistura Itapuã - Salvador

Mistura is a beautiful Italian restaurant in the neighborhood of Itapuã in the city of Salvador, Bahia. The waiter told me that the restaurant has been open for 26 years, and after eating here, I understand why. We started with some raw oysters and some gratinéed oysters in Prosecco. Both were delicious. We then tried a seafood stew and everything was cooked perfectly; my wife ordered some fried seafood, which included soft-shell crab, squid, shrimp and octopus and it was all great. I had handmade squid ink pasta with crawfish and shrimp (the waiter said all their pasta is made in-house). The sauce was delicious and the pasta was al dente. We finished with tiramisu which was also delicious. The service is very good and the décor is tasteful. The restaurant is surrounded by tropical plants and coconut palms, giving it a romantic feel. I would definitely eat here again and I'd recommend Mistura if you're in the area.

One of the best restaurants in Salvador. Diverse food selection of local cuisine. Definitely worth the visit. Amazing views of the Bay and sunset. Definitely try the Moqueca and some of the seafood appetizers.

Estão a seguir todas as medidas de seguronça. We reserve for or meio-dia of um Sunday, depois desta vez or restaurant recebe high demand e é um pouco mais difficult to park. Os pratos foram bem served and delicious.
