The kitchen clearly struggled with being overworked, as evidenced by the crumbled dishes. Our cold food took over 1.5 hours to arrive after we placed our order. We received no updates, and our table was essentially neglected until a waiter finally explained the situation. While such delays can happen, ignoring customers is unprofessional.
