This was a 5 star experience. Especially during Super Bowl Rush. The team worked very hard to get orders out for online orders. This experience was a dine-in for me. The team kept me well informed of how long it would have been to take a dine-in order due to the online orders. Got my order in as soon as it died down and boy howdy it was worth the 15 min wait. Everything was fresh and hot!!!! . Delicious and juicy is how I like it as I'm from Texas and that is how it's done!!! If you want great BBQ please come to this Location!!! Fresh and juicy is the way to go!!!! Keep it up Salt Lake R&R. Will be back as soon as I get my craving for BBQ again, count on it.

Traveling, we found this place by recommendation from hotel staff. Cashier T.J. was very helpful in explaining menu to me. Took extra time-I was very impressed. Our meal came very quickly-we shared a two meat dinner. They gave us two plates—then James came out of the kitchen saying “our rolls are really good,” and gave us 3 more rolls to share!! Oh my goodness! The rolls ARE good too! The pulled pork and brisket were wonderful. I liked to mix the Original and Sweet sauce with them. My husband liked the Sweet sauce alone the best. If you have a spicy tongue, you’ll love the baked beans! They have zip!!! To top it all off—James came out with free Peach cobbler for us. I don’t okay ow what lottery we won, but that dessert was lovely! It had a scoop of ice cream atop wedges of peaches in crispy pie like cobbler. Very scrumptious! They definitely wanted to see us come back! Michigan is a long way away-but I’ll sure see how many people I can collar in to take my place! It’s worth the trip! These people are wonderful!

I'm just visiting Salt Lake City from Vegas, with my brother and his lovely wife. JT, and James were absolutely wonderful, so is the whole staff. They are, very much, all about customer service there.

Amazing crew! We went in pretty late for some barbecue and we were indecisive about dessert because we had already ordered a ton of food but they gave it to us for free! Great vibes; thanks again R&R
