Pizza Hut - Salt Lake City

Unfortunately we have been to this location before and the last few times have not been a good experience. Last time we ordered, we went to pickup and there weren?t any lights on, no sign on the door, nothing saying the location was closed. We called and noanswer, we finally were able to get a hold of customer service and they said we had to have the location cancel our order thenext day. We decided to give them a second try tonight and this is what our entire pizza and breadsticks looked like. The doughwas obviously old, and over proved and they decided to still give this to us. Unfortunately we didn?t notice until we were home.I called the restaurant and let them know we got home and the pizza was not good to eat and the lady on the phone just said?okay?? And then sat there silent. It was super frustrating that she didn?t just say she was sorry and offer a refund. They didend up refunding us, just wish it would have been handled differently.

Horrible pizza ever. I ordered the Detroit style pizza. They must forget to put the sauce before the topping. And and dumped the marinara sauce on top of it. I called and asked why it had so much sauce. And was unsatisfied. The lady told me that's how theymake it. I was told specialty pizza but it only had 2 so called topping. It was like eating a bread with a marinara sauce.???? The employees are lazy and they were just smoking cigarettes outside with no one answering the phone. Go to Little CaesarsPizza instead or somewhere else.

I almost didn't stop because the outside looks like it's closed and run down and boarded up. I did not like the pizza and Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza it tasted like cardboard. I used a coupon it's the two mediums for $6.99 a piece one topping andthere's barely anything on it I won't use the coupon again I will pay for a pizza off the menu and maybe they won't skimp.Perhaps I will try another location for Pizza Hut.

Just moved back into the neighborhood from Hawaii a few months ago, this joint is right down the street from us, was on my way home and decided to stop and order a pizza. Came in the door, two people working, nobody even bothered to say hello, went downthe street to freewheeler pizza excellent time! Thanks brother

Plan on waiting twice as long as estimated for delivery. Chicken wing quality was terrible, microwave grade. Pizza was lukewarm, drenched in sauce and soggy texture.
