Mestizo Coffeehouse - Salt Lake City

This is a real coffee snob's art place for good coffee. eating is also fun and good. the breakfast pita sandwich. Espresso spots were well made and baristas know how to flow milk for perfect microfoam. for a non-coffee drink type the city is this place good!

Good coffee, but bad food and service. I ordered an breakfast croissant and it was not very good; tiny piece egg and cheese, then microwave to squishy. definitiw not worth the money.

Dig it!!. Lovin' this coffeehouse! I first visited Mestizo two years ago for an art show and loved the ambience and the vibe I went back a few nights ago for open mic and it's still just as fun! The employee's are very friendly and professional. The service was a little slow, but it was super crowded and totally acceptable under the circumstances Check it out if you like a good cup of coffee and art, I doubt you'll be disappointed. It's nice to take in a little culture while you sip your day away.

If you couldn't tell already, I wasn't impressed. I give Mestizo's zero stars as a vegan option and two stars as an omnivore option.

They had locked up my car while I had coffee there. were total cocks over my (legal) vehicle in which I lived (with legit disabled placard and parked in a disabled stall), it was the whole night there and then, even after the recognition that it was only since 5 am, would not even have been a reception that would have helped me get it out of the shed. they wouldn't even talk to me when I drank coffee there while they dragged it. then they threw me out violently and made a big show of it. now, disabled and 56 years old and sick, without living a vehicle, no hat, no gloves, no boots, no wallet. read more
