Huge drink selection for wine lovers! I really liked the variety of drinks and that there was a holiday cocktails menu. This was a great date night!

BTG Wine Bar is one of my most favorite restaurants in SLC. The ambiance is amazing. The food is so good! Same food as Caffe Molise. I love the wine flights. We ordered the Polenta con Salsiccia and Gnocchi di Patate with chicken. The pastas come with an amazing side salad and bread.

We ended up here as a backup dinner when Caffe Molise was full but I am glad it happened! The food was sublime and even for being busy, we got our food quickly. I had the wagyu burger and it might have been one of the very best burgers I have ever had. My husband’s butternut squash ravioli had him wishing he could eat two orders! I never would have thought to go to a bar (while we each had a drink, we don’t drink often) for dinner so I am glad we kind of ended up there because that food was incredible!

Wow came here on a quick stopover in SLC and was so impressed by the wine variety and ravioli! I will definitely come again.
