Rude service. they do not make sandwiches anymore to order!

The food at Saxby's is fantastic, but the customer service could use some improvement. A little more friendliness and a smile from the young staff would go a long way.

Today, the staff member at this restaurant was extremely rude. I asked a question after my partner had ordered two sushi rolls, and she replied rudely, saying that too many people were talking to her. I regret spending our money at this establishment. It seems like bad customer service is a common issue based on reviews. It's disappointing that they don't make changes when they consistently attract tourist trade.

Cannot recommend Saxbys enough! The food and coffee are top knotch in our family's opinion. The staff are also very lovely, patient, helpful and always wearing a smile! We crave the food and coffee there often and have never been disappointed
