Le bistroquet - Salon-de-Provence

This restaurant is another of our favourites when we pop into Salon for a bite. Love it for lunch, sometimes go for dinner.

A nice, friendly atmosphere here with pleasant waitstaff. Excellent service and food. We throughly enjoy the duck confit with mushroom sauce. The Vacqueyras Beaumirail Rhone blend paired beautifully with our meal.

Nice menu of tartines and other items. I had the traditional flank steak with carmelized shallots and frites. Cooked just right. I wish I could have also sampled a tartine ... a specialty of the restaurant .The owner was our server... he speaks English and was very friendly

Un accueil au top, de très bons plats et un cadre très agréable! Longue vie au bistroquet! On reviendra avec plaisir!

Personnel agréable .Pas de menu enfants mais le chef s'est adapté et a proposé un steak haché / frites/ légumes puis boule de glace vanille coulis de chocolat en dessert. Les enfants étaient ravis!Les produits sont de qualité.
