Garage Cafe - Salon-de-Provence

This is a nice and friendly dinner style restaurant with good food. It is next to the Harley's garage and parking is easy right in front of the restaurant. They offer an alternative to their 'cartes' on Thursday at lunch time and have a varied 'carte' from different burgers to pasta dishes, tapas and fish specialities. Great for children too and plenty of space. They have a nice Grimbergen wheat beer which is a hazy pale gold. Perfect accompaniment to a burger. I personally enjoyed the cuttlefish: 'seiche à la plancha'. My daughter had the double hot dog! (See photo) Le café gourmand was a great addition to the meal (see photo). Simple food freshly prepared and very friendly staff. On Friday night they tend to have a local band in.
