Mcdonald's - Salisbury

I usually order from here during the examination period if I have no time to cook. it was always consistent except that an order comes very cold. However, the branch manager was very nice about it and offered immediate compensation by direct email. I was shocked that the loading manager himself was so polite and was eager to correct the error.

I would like to complement a lovely, well mannered young man who served tonight in Drive Thru. We ordered large chocolate sundae and ice coffee and was very impressed with the service he provided. Very pleasant, welcoming voice and so polite, and greeted me, repeated my ordered and said ma’am. He was so very lovely and I told him so too. He is a credit to your staff and McDonald’s flagship i came away feeling happy. Thank you and I really hope you go very far in ur emerging career.

Slow unprofessional McDonald's. Drive through employees don't even say hello, they just point to the digital payment device and don't say a word. Very rude. Acknowledge your customers!!! We pay your wages! The staff are forever forgetting things and are very slow to make coffees. If someone has to wait for an order in drive through they just leave them there waiting in the drive through and let everyone else stack up behind them instead of sending them to the waiting bay. Why? they can't be bothered, that's why. It's poorly managed, the staff couldn't care less and when the manager was told about these issues, all I received was an eye roll. I wish the franchise owner knew the way their staff treated customers. I would give less stars if I could. Parking: This store needs to get people waiting for items in drive through to move to the parking bays so everyone else in the drive through can keep moving!

We waited 23 mins for an apple pie, icecream and thick shake. Not acceptable.Service: 1/5 …More
