Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd - Salisbury

I took 2 sauces and pickles from my burger, just to bbq insted and they charge me for it? no other hungrys I have accused you. that is unacceptable.

Today I visited HJ's Salisbury and ordered 2 Frisge Pommes with extra Frisiger sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they didn't include the extra sauce until I got home. I mentioned this to the staff when I paid, explaining that I always ask for extra sauce. As I waited for my order at the next window, the girl informed me that they wanted to charge me an extra $1 for the sauce, which I felt was unnecessary for just a few more servings. The manager I confronted seemed to have a bad attitude and treated me disrespectfully, making me feel like I was in the wrong. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I don't plan on returning to this location. I've had better experiences at other HJ's locations in the past where the staff were more understanding and accommodating.

They do not fill with their sunflowers or storm up. very false advertising in comparison to image. their burgers were stale and not fresh. we're not going to hold back here. Maybe for a weed and that's it.

The drive-thru service was quick and the meal I had at Jack's was honestly the best. Everything was hot and fresh.

I have to say that Hungry Jack's on Commercial Rd serves the best Ultimate burger meal. I would recommend trying it to see if you like it. One thing I always check for when entering a fast food restaurant is how clean it is kept. You can tell a lot by looking in the corners of the counter and just behind it. This place is spotless.
