Bidra med feedbackWent into Subway around 7pm Tuesday and ordered a foot long. The guy put the meat on the sandwich, toasted it and I proceeded to tell him I wanted lettuce, pickles, and olives. His reply was we are out of that because we have been very busy today. I had the look of WHAT and then told him how can you sell me a sandwich with no lettuce, pickles or olives. He honestly thought I was going to accept that sub. I agree corporate needs to come in and shut them down. Not to mention the guy serving me had his pants hanging so low you could see not only his butt but the imprint of his private part in the front. That’s how low his pants were. Of course I left and contacted management and Sarah Fink apologized for the bad experience I had. I at least expected a coupon to take somewhere else or to maybe come back later for a better experience. So it looks like management has as much customer relations experience as the the workers. I’ll never go back.
Used the rest room as I got here , obviously someone's been smoking pot , it reeks of pot and ingot a contact buzz, meanwhile 15 minutes into our order for 3 sandwiches we barely got the first sandwiche made and the 2nd girl jumped us and got the lady in line behind us , all the while the heavy set black guy is stoned out of his mind and is just slow as a snail, while the 3rd employee is sitting out front smoking . By this time 7 customers deep and the line is worse than Walmart. They need to have corporate come in and take over this place and clean it up badly .

It's ridiculous if you have a drive thru and not have it blocked off if you aren't using it. The blocked sign wasn't out there in the drive thru. Ordered my food and then pulled up to the window. Not even 5 mins later someone was at the window and thought they were getting our food. Like seriously she effing saw us. Waited another 10 mins and nothing. Went inside and went to the register and asked about the drive thru and she says they don't move the sign the manager does. Well it wasn't blocked off. So I said ordered my food on the screen and I wanted to pick it up. She says if I ordered it would pop up on the screen. I said okay I'd like to get it since I ordered at the drive thru and she says it doesn't pop up if it comes from there. Which makes NO SENSE!! I LEFT AND THIS SUBWAY SUCKS. You literally HAVE A DRIVE THRU AND ITS NOT BLOCKED OFF AND YOU SAW US AT THE WINDOW. You could have said something. So RUDE!!
