Reggae Soul Cafe - Salisbury

I can't speak to the authenticity having never been to Jamaica...but the jerked pork and stewed chicken sure was delicious. I have been to Belize and shared a meal with a family in a small fishing village on the south coast and this food was as good. Really...the smoked pork was perfectly smoked and their jerk seasoning was really good. We ordered the mild and it was pretty spicy...not sure I'd be down with the spicy season, but that's a personal preference. We will definitely be back!

I ordered oxtails, red beans and rice, cabbage, and plantains. It was delicious! I will be coming back for more the Lord's willing. I am hooked lol

2022 Review, I won't bash the food all that hard it was good. But it could be better, I think the owner should get her ingredients from somewhere else (authentic Jamaican grocery store) I was skeptical as soon as I saw the curry was made with chicken breast instead of bone in chicken cheap is better to me when eating Jamaican bfood it's not the same. It's like I shopped at food lion and tried to make it myself kind of flavor. It's ok food.

Mediocre ambiance and customer service. Way overpriced food but ok taste. but plentyfull thus the extra 2 stars

A classic hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll order from here and the food is amazing. Seasoned perfectly, great portions, overall a quality meal. Other times I order, the meal is almost all rice, the meat is bland, and there’s barely any sauce. It would be a 4/5 if it was consistent .
