Jimmy John's - Salisbury

The first time in a long time to eat here, and my son not know that all sandwiches come with mayo ordered a sandwich without asking no mayo. he didn't want to say anything, but one of the workers noticed he didn't eat his sandwich and asked if it was okay. we explained why and he made him a new sandwich. I'd like to have paid it, but he said no, above and beyond on customer service. we will return and order right at the end.

It wasn't quite lunchtime, but at 11:30 when I came in, I was not greeted. when the deceiting casser, who was by the way on her handy, when I entered, took my order, never once asked what kind of brot or great I wanted. some ingredients were missing from sandwich. Yeah, that sandwich was fresh, but I won't recommend anyone at this place. Oh, and they weren't busy with customers when I arrived.

Store is useless. On multiple occasions they have given conflicting readons for why they cant make sandwiches. I will now say the worse thing i can about them... go to subway.
