Dunkin' - Salisbury

I’ve never had a disappointing experience at any Dunkin' location I've visited. This particular one has a pretty quick drive-thru, and the staff is consistently professional. They currently have their fall flavors available, and I highly recommend trying an iced coffee with pumpkin flavor added. It's delicious!

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts; both the food and coffee are consistently good. However, this particular location has some shortcomings in terms of service. It's often disorganized, and even simple orders take longer than expected. I’ve tried using their mobile app, but it takes even longer than if I had just ordered in person. The staff is friendly, but it seems like they struggle to work efficiently together. I hope they can improve, as I want this location to succeed.

It took a bit of time for our drinks to arrive, but they were enjoyable. Would I return? Yes!

Check out this adorable pup cup! It never fails to brighten my day when I stop by Dunkin' on my way to work. Occasionally, I bring my dog along and request a special treat for her. The staff were thrilled when I arrived at the window and asked if they could add a few munchkins to her order, which she absolutely adored! As for me, I usually grab a green tea and a delicious bagel with strawberry cream cheese—my absolute favorite!

No matter when I go, they're out of something or a machine is broken! I ordered a hot mocha latte. Instead, I got a small, cold, laughing. when I started ten times this month, they were all 10 times out of something.
