Domino's Pizza - Salisbury

Buyer beware they can and will overchage you. I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Domino's charged me 12 times for the food. The system only refunded me 9 times. I went in and spoke with a manager. He looked up the order, and communicates he only sees 1 charge. I show him my bank statement, he calls his boss, then tells me they cannot do anything and I should be refunded. It's been over 6 days no refund. I asked to get a phone call from the district manger. They store refused to give me his info. I left my cell phone number, never recieved a call back. Customer service is an AI text bot, they just direct you back to the location. So regardless if I get my money refunded. I will no longer be purchasing food from Dominos. My family and friends will not as well, because they do not want to be over charged 12 times. All the people on my social media will know of my very poor experience and Domino's.

Placed an order one time and didn’t receive my 2 liter soda. Was never credited to my card or received in a later order. Never order extra sauces because they won’t show up. The employees there have the iq equal to or less than a stick. The employees do a great job a missing the mark.

Order was set for 5. It showed up at 5:30. It was cold and the pizza on the bottom had the box lid stuck to the cheese.

I just placed an order, and I'm ready to give it a review. I will say this is not my first time ordering from them with no complaints. I did encounter a mistake, and they solved it immediately. After I receive my order, I will say what I have to say about my review. I had really bad services and poor food quality from the dominoes on n. Salisbury.

They don't wear gloves at all! I stood there for about five minutes one dude was playing with the topping of someone order. The older dude was on the phone and it was people in drive thru waiting. I stood there until finally I guess the manager who was doing most the work came over and asked was I ordering. I said yes and he said15 minutes! Then he asked again and told the older man to serve me, which he didn't come take my order at all! Just unbelievable! I ended up walking out and I was the only one in there all that time smh sad
