Best Buffalo - Salisbury

Great food along with great service. We go a lot and the Stromboli is amazing. Wings are great as well.

We hadn’t been to Capriano’s in quite some time so my oldest daughter and I visited for a late lunch. There are maybe 4 other people there at 3:30 in the afternoon which I imagine is normal for such an odd hour. Our service was friendly, efficient and attentive to filling our drinks when needed. We ordered the 16” Buffalo Wing pizza for $18.95. Pretty pricey for a pizza I agree. We ordered it with mild sauce since we weren’t sure about the heat intensity. The pizza arrived in a timely manner, piping hot as you would expect with a side of bleu cheese for dipping. The pizza is topped with two different cheeses as well as celery, carrots and chicken. I know the veggies sound strange on here but they they are properly cut and mesh well with the pizza. The quality of the pizza is good. My one criticism of the pizza would be the amount of oil/grease that is visible. Mind you, it tastes fine but the visible oil might turn some people off. Over all, 4 stars. Good food and good service. The price of that pizza is steep, but as a special treat every once in a while it might be worth the price. The other food being served to other patrons looked really good. We will have to return and try something new. See you there!

With the exception of the wait service, the experience was horrible. We were really hungry and searching for a good pizza we never found. It was our first trip to this restaurant and will surely be our last. The pizza crust was not tasty and the texture of the crumb and crust not what is expected from any place featuring pizza. I don't believe the oven it was cooked in would even come close to the 650-800 degrees needed for a quality result. (The difference is in the crust and toppings. The first bite and we knew we could buy a much better pizza frozen and cooked straight from the box. The sauce tasted like canned sauce that I remember from many years ago and I was feeling bloated before I was even finished. We both regretted not leaving after that first bite, but who does that?

We found this restaurant offers a senior special Monday-Wednesday with lasagna and salad as one of the offerings. My husband and I tried it and found it to be very good. Salads are fresh. Lasagna was served piping hot with lots of cheese. Our grandchildren enjoyed the lasagna as well.

I love eating here they are amazing. The people are very friendly and are always smiling. The food and environment are both great. A wonderful place to take family and friends.
