Not only will they rarely get their order right, they will not make it right! I've been struggling many because I've given several chances over the years. that.

We had recently ordered two pizzas from here and both were not really ribbed/made. When we informed them, a manager had to be found.

I consistently order online and pick up my food in person at this restaurant. The staff is always timely in preparing my order, often even ahead of schedule. The food is consistently delicious!
