Bidra med feedbackI got two of the sugar cookies on the menu. Unfortunately, they didn’t taste like much of anything and inside they looked underdone. I wouldn’t buy again. The lasagna, salad, and breadsticks we got were all really good. Definitely recommend those.
The last time I ordered, I got pickles on my special order instead of jalapeños. I requested a phone call, but never got 1. It was disappointing. Their food is excellent, though!! I love that they offer spinach on pizza ?...its my favorite topping ? UPDATE: I received a phone call ? It was really a surprise. But, the issue I had was acknowledged, and they made it right. Now THAT'S what I love about Cottage Inn Pizza? It shows that they care. ?
I 've been to Cottage Inn a handful of times since the new management took over, and every experience has been really good. Usually I 'll pick up the order, but last time I got delivery, and the pizza arrived piping hot and delicious. I 'm partial to the 'everything ' crust. Cottage Inn is one of the better pizza options in Saline. Nice work guys.
After trying out several spots in town, I’ve settled on Cottage Inn as our go-to pizza place. The pies here are consistently good, with a decent crust and generous toppings. I usually get the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and it’s been a hit every time. It’s a solid choice for a no-fuss dinner in Saline.
We’ve tried to give this business a chance a few times under new ownership, but experiences have ranged from mediocre to horrible. Today we got part of someone else’s order and were missing part of ours -and when it was brought back (by us) to get our correct item the employee was rude and said “I don’t know what the problem is”. It took talking to multiple people until we were offered our old correct food that had been sitting there for an hour. They were also planning to serve the mistakenly given to us pizza to the person waiting for it- like this went home with us and came back, left their control- and they were going to give it to an unsuspecting person.We also got to observe an employee in the kitchen take off their hat to scratch their head, and then proceed to keep making pizzas and another employee in contact with food was playing with their phone while preparing items. Gross!As someone in the f&b industry I understand staffing is a challenge, but there is no excuse for not training on and consistently monitoring food safety.
