Wingstop - Salinas Ca

Very well prepared and delicious but very disorganized when serving, there is no point in ordering online if when you pick up you have a huge 15 minute

Just called to place an order for pickup, a lady answered the phone and said “thank you for calling wingstop, we are not taking any orders over the phone at the moment, sorry about that, have a nice day” and just hung up on me, I didn’t get to say a word. What a miserable customer service.

They charged double the amount I was paying for my regular meal but it was Lowkey good but I’m still mad.? ?

Even though I had my driver's license and order screen on my phone, the cashier wanted to see the credit card I used to pay for the order. I was forced to give more personal information than I ever gave for take out.At best, ID is good enough to prove that that order is yours, anything more is way too much.
