Fujiyama Hibachi Sushi - Salinas

The hibachi show was great. Very fun, very lively. I ordered a tuna steak. It was huge as you can see in the picture. Unfortunately I couldn't take a picture of it cooked because it was really great and I ate the whole thing right away. Everything was just incredible. Perfect wonderful highly recommended!

Michael was amazing! What a show, great personality and a truly DELICIOUS dinner. Gave us each a complimentary sake to sip on while we ate. I had the scallops, veggies, rice and noodles. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome food and service. I have eaten here 4 times now and had nothing but excellent experiences here. I highly recommend the Sashimi and nigiri special. My wife and child love it too. The fish is super fresh and the sushi rice had the perfect flavor and consistency. It always comes quickly and with a smile.

What an awesome meal. Michael was amazing and so entertaining. Even got one of my kids to help him cook for a min. 5 stars isn't enough!
