Pancho's Mexican Food - Salina

One of the best restaurants in the city. and were very happy that they are here, and they are open all night. If you are hungry and want to eat a good one, you will not be disappointed.

FIRE BREAKFAST BURRITOS Open 24/7!! We stopped at Salina overnight and needed a breakfast place before our journey resumes. My boyfriend and I almost~ settled for IHOP, until we found Pancho’s. We both agreed that coming here would have been better than any experience at IHOP. Fast, cheap, and delicious. chorizo w pico bacon Total: $10.27 The burritos were perfectly sized and rolled. They both came with cheese, eggs, and potatoes. Fire red and green sauces. I love potatoes in my breakfast meals, and here at Pancho’s, it was cooked to perfection not over or under cooked. I think all the breakfast taco options were around $4.55 each. Pro tip: you can quickly turn your burrito into a scramble bowl by simply using a utensil to eat the filling if you’re not a big fan of tortillas like me

Love their Tex-Mex food. Particularly like the carnitas plate, the chicken burrito, the fish taco, and especially the pico de gallo. The window staff is friendly.

It's always authentic and the portions are Huge and worth the money. Thanks for the good eats late at night
