Bidra med feedbackWe waited a long time to be served at least 45 minutes, and it was far too expensive it was just me and my two great-grandchildren and it was $30 they ate from the child's menu. I had two eggs a piece of speck and a piece of toast. I wish we had shared a vanilla ice cream shake.
The staff will serve you water without ice and warm tea on a hot day. They do not introduce themselves, so you cannot address them by name or provide feedback about your experience. The service is slow and the food is not served hot. Overall, it is not recommended to spend your money, time, or energy at this restaurant. Additionally, the server's name was Lindsay.
My order period was 12:43. I waited until 12:50 to make sure that my order was completed. I waited until 1:15 to call because I had not received my order yet. then I was told that they were busy with all those commands. in the time I sat in my car, I saw 1 person to foot while the driver waited from the ball next to ihop.
Overrated place and overpriced eating, they can find better pancakes from the freezer compartment area of the super market. Now, I think they can find everything they have there from the freezer section. the place was full and there were waiting people, but that was not long. the waitress was attentive and she knew the menu. the coffee was ok, but this is not a place to return.
We had a long wait for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was messy (more cheese than ice). The man at the front desk told us we couldn't sit on one side of the restaurant, even though we were already seated on the opposite side. But when his friend arrived, they were seated right away while we were left standing with our children, tired of waiting and hungry. The kitchen staff seemed disorganized and took their time to prepare our meals. It took a while to get our drinks, and I saw them chatting with a coworker at the drink fountain. Overall, the restaurant seemed poorly managed and lacking professionalism.
