Burger Theory Holiday Inn Salina

That was great. best burger. I just wish they knew what kind of be they had. I guess they are often changed and have a good choice. only the actual design to get to the hand is a challenge. the same happened at our last visit.

We had a party of 13 (9 adults, 4 kids ages 10, 5 and 3 and 1 infant 7mos(did not eat). We had our tables combined to the back of the restaurant which was not very well lit. Chairs were very comfy and we didn’t feel cramped. We had 1 waitress who helped our table and she hardly ever checked on us for refills or to see if our food came out okay. She may have been taking care of multiple tables, but I would suggest having at least 2 waitresses for a party of 8 or more, if staffing would allow. The food tasted okay. I ordered my burger to be cooked well and it still was pink when I got it but that’s fine, I didn’t complain. The kids loved their pizzas and overall was a pretty nice atmosphere. Thank you

Great lunch today! Awesome burgers, chicken sandwich and beer. Cute desserts in mason jars. We tried it because open table has the best restaurants. We'll definitely be back soon!!

We were hesitant to make a reservation at a place that is inside the Holiday Inn but took the chance and booked it. We are so glad that we did! Chris greeted us with a smile and seated us right away. Adrianna was extremely friendly and attentive but didn’t “hover”. The food was fantastic and the wine list was adequate. We will make this one of our weekend “go to” places!! Worth the stop if you’re looking for great food and excellent service!

We were traveling from Illinois to Denver and Salina was our stopping point for the day. We wanted a place with comfort food that was good and Burger Theory did not disappoint! The service was very attentive without being obtrusive and the burgers were flat out delicious. We even got free desserts as it was my wife’s birthday. I would go back there without hesitation the next time through.
