Uptown Grill - Salida

Traveling through Colorado, my friend and I found this jewel! I had the best pork chop, with Jalapeno Marmelade and 5 seasoned sweet potatoes, ever! The meal was so amazing that I named my motorcycle "Pork Chop ' in honor of the Uptown Cafe! Absolutely amazing! I live in Ohio, so I'm not sure I'm going back there next time, but it's worth the trip.

Unbelievable! I'm going from Denver to eat here again. Special Low land cooking from Quail and Shrimp impressed my South Dinner Mat, and the apple salad with Waygu beef was very satisfied. The Vanilla cream brulee was the best in the world! The service was also exceptional.

I love this resto! Pesto grilled groupers, garlic potatoes, grilled asparagus and tomato butter sauce is just divine! Amazing customer service.

Southern influence red eye engraving, shrimps and grits and more. The crispy chicken is pretty good, like the sea bass special. The Polnta goat cheese app was as good as a start as the cream brulee was like the finish. Excellent presentation.

Staff was great, food was mostly good. The salmon and polenta was delicious, the maple butternut squash was aldente and a bit peppery, the mac and cheese was a hit, bread was good, rib eye steak was good, chips were good. Fried chicken was bland.
