The Edge - Salford

I ordered food from this restaurant and it took an hour and a half to arrive. When it finally did, the food was freezing cold and completely inedible. Additionally, part of the order was missing or incorrect. The service was terrible and when I tried to contact them, the phone number didn't work. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The food was served cold and it took 2 hours for it to be delivered. I tried calling for 40 minutes and they didn't even pick up the phone.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, and the curries are fantastic.

Firstly, I ordered food and there was no delivery charge (I don’t mind paying if I get told) second time I ordered I got charged £1 which I didn’t mind, food took 2hrs then I opened it to find the complete wrong order (yes mistakes happen) when I phoned back, they knew exactly what order I had and said it will be 5 minutes for a re make, 30 minutes later it arrived, I ordered my food at 10:30pm and I finally sat down and ate it at 00:15. Then I just phoned tonight and ordered and they’ve said £2 delivery charge... I don’t mind but surely they can’t keep changing it like that. So when I asked why it’s changed they said I should of never been charged £1 in the 1st place... he was rude on the phone when all I did was asked a question.

Nice reataurant, lovely staff, good choice of food.
