Mcdonald's - Salford

This McDonald's offers typical fast food and service. It is a convenient option for a quick meal, but I probably won't be coming back due to poor service and overall incompetence.

When I arrived home, I realized that one of my burgers was missing. When I called the restaurant to request a refund, they abruptly hung up on me. Their customer service was incredibly rude.

I stopped by the drive-thru last night, as I do every Saturday after work at 11 pm, only to be told they were no longer accepting orders. I was met with a disgusting attitude from a rude staff member. In any case, I went around the corner to a kebab shop and got four of the best burgers I've ever had. Good riddance, McDonald's. I posted about the kebab house on Facebook and recommended all my colleagues go there instead of McDonald's and its rude staff.

This Macdonalds is the worst I have ever been in, Ice machine never works so warm drinks, ice cream machine always broken, slow service, never put sauces in despite charging when in drive through, there isn’t really anything good to say about this place, only rated it 1 as there wasn’t an option not to rate at all.

Drinks cups and food boxes came with dirty black hand marks on them, absolutely disgusting, I'm pregnant and could not eat this not knowing what filth was on the food. Totally unacceptable and I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this McDonald's at all costs
